CETL Open House

This past Friday, January 25th, the CETL hosted the 2013 Open House. We had a great turnout  and the people that came enjoyed themselves and learned a lot about what the CETL has to offer. As an incentive to complete the Faculty Survey during the Open House, we offered door prizes. Special congratulations to Tamika Reynolds and Tom Smith, who completed the CETL survey and won a prize!

Showcasing the new CETL website and programs.

At our open house, we unveiled the new CETL website. Here you can learn about our 2013 programs, register for workshops, or individual consultations, and connect with the latest news in teaching and learning and educational technology.

If you weren’t able to attend Friday, we’d still love to have you take our survey.  You can access it HERE.  It will only take about five minutes! We’re using the survey to plan programs and events for this semester and beyond.  If you complete the survey before Thursday the 31st, you still have a chance to win our remaining prize!

Finally, we’d like to invite anyone and everyone to our first workshop of the semester.  “Presenting Dynamically with Prezi” will happen this Friday, February 1st, at 2:00 PM in the CETL lab.  Prezi is a dynamic, free presentation tool that can really add to your classroom or conference presentations.  We look forward to seeing you at our office or at our workshops.
